  WOW! I was blown away by the rapid response and superb customer service. Alicia was fantastic! She worked very closely with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.   I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!
