They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing.   We used the Modern Mosaics to update my mom's kitchen. It's statement says clean, crisp and thoroughly new! It was shipped in a large tube, no folds or creases. The quality is a heavy duty decal which will be able to stand up to any kitchen for many years. Way to go Dali Decals, we'll be return customers.

  I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!

  Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
