  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I was in search of the "perfect" white, fluffy clouds for a serene, sky blue wall for our nursery and stumbled upon Dali Decals. I have to admit that the image online looked a bit photoshopped, so I was a bit hesitant to order them, but loved their other items online so I went ahead and did so.
  
  The big fluffy clouds are AWESOME! They look great and were easy to install - even at 9 months pregnant.
  
  Everyone who walked into that room immediately noticed the clouds and had tons of great things to say about their great look.
  
  We recently sold the home, and I was super sad to leave behind those cool clouds.
  
  I will definitely order again from Dali Decals. Great product, great packaging, easy instructions, and great customer service.
