  A+++++++ artists! Dali Decals custom-made this design from nothing. All I knew was I wanted chains and thorns... and they made it into something amazing!!! They took the ball and ran with it... and came up with the most amazing design I've ever seen! And they got it done fast enough that I could have it in time for a party I was throwing. I have never been so impressed. If you are looking for something completely unique, see what they can make happen for you. I promise you will be as amazed as I have been. Thanks, guys.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I bought the flower blossom tree and put it in my vaulted ceiling stairway. I needed something big to take up the space. I then put all my family photos in different places on the tree and made my family tree. It looks amazing. Thank you for the great products. I have had people ask if I painted it on my wall.   I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.
