She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space.   We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I dove into this project last night figuring I had nothing to lose and if it failed, I was going to purchase a wall decal from you instead.  It took 2 hours and three of us to do it, but we were successful.

  This is the 2nd decal I've purchased from Dali Decals!
  
  Love love love my latest decal. This one was a three panel decal and it went on perfectly. The key was using a level to make sure it was straight, but after that - a piece of cake! Love the results-- its such a great addition to our new home! Thanks so much!
