  We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Absolutely beautiful! We put the cherry blossom branch in the corner behind our catty corner tv. This area has been bare for ten years. I could never figure out what to put in that corner.... The decal is stunning, it really looks like an artist came and painted it. Thank you!

  Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!   I moved into this house almost 3 yrs ago and have a vaulted staircase. I had no idea what to do with it until I saw this Cherry Blossom Tree.. I have had this decal for about 2 yrs and still get compliments on it. The staircase is a multi level staircase and I had the flowers float up the wall like the wind was taking them away. We recently moved and the tree had to come down. Boo! I have to say though after two plus yrs. the decal came off and left no residue and took no paint off. I am trying to figure where I want my new family tree now in my new home. Thanks for making great decals.
