  I ordered monogram and name decals for my daughter's nursery. They looked amazing, then we had a flood in our house. The repairmen had to tear down the wall where I'd placed the monogram, which was really disappointing for me.
  
  Marisa at Dali Decals was so understanding of my situation and replaced just the monogram portion of my order. It arrived two days later. Thank you for wonderful customer service! And a great product!

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!!   It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.
