  I bought the flower blossom tree and put it in my vaulted ceiling stairway. I needed something big to take up the space. I then put all my family photos in different places on the tree and made my family tree. It looks amazing. Thank you for the great products. I have had people ask if I painted it on my wall.   We lived in an apartment when our daughter was born, so naturally turned to decals as a way to decorate her room. Dali had been recommended to us, so we thought we'd give them a try. We were NOT disappointed!!! The quality of the decal that we ordered was OUT OF THIS WORLD. It was easy to apply and looked almost like it was painted on the wall. We got so many compliments on it. Cut to two years later and it's time to move - the decal came off and didn't even leave a smudge. THANK YOU, Dali Decals. You guys rule!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  I recently purchased and installed the Swirling Tree. I chose dalidecal because they were responsive through the whole ordering process. My tree was nicely packaged and arrived as promised. The product was easy to work with and manuever as long as you did not press too hard when positioning it on the wall. Once it was at the right spot, the flat applicator helped remove any air bubbles. My suggestion is to cut the excess backing off before beginning to overlap any pieces. The final product turned out great. Definitely suggested this company to my family and friends. They will not disappoint you and are willing to help with any questions.
