Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   Bought the Medium size alphabet tree decal. changed up the leaf colors to soft blue, soft green, and bronze. and after a couple hours - we have a GREAT wall mural for our nursery. easy to follow direction, reliable product, and fast delivery. am already thinking of what else we could do in the house with dali decals!   I am VERY happy not only with my decal, but with the company. The decal ends up being just letters (if you ordered a quote) and not a big piece of plastic as what I was anticipating so it looks REALLY professional and awesome.
  
  What I loved about the service, though, was how easy it was to order, and even though I somehow didn't get an apostrophe up on the wall, I simply e-mailed them and they overnighted a replacement. I was SO thrilled with that level of service.

  So pleased with the blowing dandelion and seeds I ordered. Came in over the weekend and applied to my office wall and Monday morning I had an admiring crowd in my doorway! My co-workers love the look and I have recommended Dali to them.
