  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Love it, love it, love it. We absolutely can not be happier! I called, you created the absolute Black Angus cow I wanted, then you get the dimensions I needed at the price I wanted to pay..... Shipped immediately.....What's not to love...? We are hooked and so very happy...

  Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  I’ve attached a picture of the turtles in my son Colton’s nursery! They go perfectly with his theme and he loves to stare at them while he’s on his changing table. :) {picture can be viewed on our facebook fan page!}

  I dove into this project last night figuring I had nothing to lose and if it failed, I was going to purchase a wall decal from you instead.  It took 2 hours and three of us to do it, but we were successful. 
  
  God Bless you for taking the time to answer my questions when I wasn\'t even one of your customers.  I work in retail myself and I know how much customers appreciate help beyond the sale.  Just you taking the time to write to me, will make me come to you for my next wall decal and recommend your company to others.  I appreciate what you did.  Thanks!
