  I bought the birds to place on my new baby daughter's walls to make her room a bit custom. In the past three months of her life everytime she gets her diaper changed or lays in her crib she stares at those birds. She LOVES them, now that she is starting to "talk" she coos at them.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Never did I imagine I could ever have found my soulmate but when I did, everything fell into place. And as fate had it the first thing we bought for our home was a picture frame with the quote "Once in a while in ordinary life, love gives you fairytale". My heart dropped when I found the exact decal with Dali. We just received it and is going on entry wall. It is absolutely perfect. Detailing is beautiful and is very user friendly.   I purchased a monogram letter "K" for my baby's room and a personalized photo decal of my son on his dirt bike for his room. Both decals arrived promptly, looked fantastic and were easy to apply.
