I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. Your company approached the problem in a timely manner and I have to tell you that I am now a customer for life. Plus I will refer all my family and friends to your website. This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
