My cherry blossom tree turned out beautifully! I will send you pictures soon. Thank you for the extras you threw in! When my project is complete you will be amazed. A whole room of decals.... it is going to be spring time in my bedroom all year around.

I just wanted to thank Dali Decals and the wonderful rep in Florida who assisted with decals for my wedding. She was phenominial and so were my decals. They were used for glass vases in the centerpieces and were a complete hit! I wish I could remember her name bc she made the process so painless, they had to be customized monograms and it took her less than a day to make my idea come alive!

Thank you so much Dali Decals! I just put the quote up in our kitchen, and it looks absolutely amazing. The customer service was top notch. Marisa helped me throughout the entire process. She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space. This was an incredibly wonderful experience. I can't wait to use your company again. Thank you so much!!

I dove into this project last night figuring I had nothing to lose and if it failed, I was going to purchase a wall decal from you instead. It took 2 hours and three of us to do it, but we were successful.

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
