  I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   We got the decal (Happy Owls & Birds in a Colorful Tree) on Friday and just put it up today. It took about an hour (including cutting up the big roll into sections) to put up! So easy (and I'm 39 weeks pregnant)!
  
  Looks fantastic! This picture is the view from my nursing chair in the baby's room.
  We are going to use the orange owl color as an accent color around the nursery.
