  We are so happy with the tree decal we ordered! We put it up in the nursery for our new baby boy, Jack. All visitors and relatives over the past few days have been blown away by the tree and eager to log on to your site and cruise around. I hope it means more traffic to your site and more sales, too!   I just received my decal and put it up right away. It is just amazing! I ordered the large "Love" quote in burgundy and its perfect! The color matches the site's color exactly. The company recommends getting the semi-gloss decals for textured walls, which I agree with. I tried both but the semi-gloss works much better on texture. Both look great on non-textured walls. Not only did they send my decal quickly, but they also sent some adorable bird decals for free (in addition to some practice decals). They were the perfect addition to the room. Dali Decals has given me great service both times I have ordered from them and I will certainly be buying more decals in the future!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.
