  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   You guys have a very good product with excellent customer service. Instead of just painting a room to look like a nursery or hiring a professional artist, we took the time to place a large order through your web site and over a few weeks, we developed our own theme using your decals. The application of them, the quality of them, the ease of use, and the flexibility to allow us to do what we wanted to create an original nursery was absolutely perfect. There is no doubt we would come back and order more for future use.
  
  The comments from people who have seen the nursery range from "it looks like something out of a catalog" to "You had someone come in and paint all of this, it looks amazing". People are shocked when they realize 1) we used decals and 2) we did everything ourselves.

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)
  Cannot speak more highly of the products and the company, recommend them to everyone!

  I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar. Robert was a huge help to me, and it was so refreshing to have customer service like that.

  I bought a sleeping koala decal for our baby's room two years ago. The color is still just as fresh as it was and it looks amazing. I know the site says they aren't reusable, but ours was! We transferred it onto parchment paper and rolled it up before our move and just last night replaced it onto the wall in our son's new room. It sticks just as well and looks just as good. I'm a very happy customer. It also came with a complimentary six cute birds and they transferred as well.
