  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   Purchased the "There is only one happiness in life... to love and be loved." quote for my living room wall. The beige color in the color samples is examples what I received, and it works so well with my beige furniture on a "Red Red Wine" colored wall. I chose to modify the quote slightly and not include "in life" when I added it to my wall. It was super easy to apply and looks great! Thanks Dali Decals!!

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.

  We got the decal (Happy Owls & Birds in a Colorful Tree) on Friday and just put it up today. It took about an hour (including cutting up the big roll into sections) to put up! So easy (and I'm 39 weeks pregnant)!
  
  Looks fantastic! This picture is the view from my nursing chair in the baby's room.
  We are going to use the orange owl color as an accent color around the nursery.
  Love love love it!!
