  I have yet to order decals from any company but I have looked at a TON of sites during my search for the perfect decal for our newly painted bedroom in our NEW home!!!! This is the 1st site that has allowed me to change the wall, bedding, etc colors and I have been wishing for this feature since I started my search several days ago! This feature is AWESOME!!!   I have purchased 5 items and love them. The most recent being "The most important things in life are not things" in beige and the word "things" in silver. All i can say is "WOW"! It matches the color of my bedroom furniture PERFECTLY and becomes such a nice focal point on my taupe colorwashed walls. I also did "Relax" on my bathroom wall over our roman tub and it looks amazing in chocolate on my cream walls. Thank you for being affordable and for providing such an easy DIY project!   I purchased from this site because of a Groupon-type offer, and I am SO GLAD I did!!! I just put up these circle/bubble decals in my kitchen and they have added so much life - and they make me so happy! I got them in two colors, the cardinal red matte and the buttercream matte, and they go together in a very kitchen-y way... I really wish I could post a picture, they look so great. My mom helped me and we stole a couple arrangement ideas from the photo on the webpage, but then we got creative and started making our own designs. Very simple to apply, very fun, and a wonderful result! I will definitely order from here again :)

  Love love love my latest decal. This one was a three panel decal and it went on perfectly. The key was using a level to make sure it was straight, but after that - a piece of cake! Love the results-- its such a great addition to our new home! Thanks so much!

  The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I order the 72 Bubble piece for my bedroom wall. The shipping was fast. I was so happy to see the UPS man at my house. I got right to work on them. The direction were simple. I had a blast taping the decals to the wall figure out where I wanted them to be placed. Once that was done I got to work. I was so happy when it was done. The colors matched me bedroom set perfect. I feel so much more comfortable and cozy in my bedroom now.

  I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
