I received the replacement roll today and they are perfect. I wanted to write this email because I used to work in customer service and rarely did the comments that we received ever contained positive feedback. Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.
Great customer service. Great communication. And I can't wait for my great decals.

The coolest thing ever. So goof proof to install. My kids are thrilled with our new house and how I chose to put there name tastefully on the wall. LOVE LOVE LOVE

I just wanted to say thanks for writing to me to get a different address for my package delivery. Sadly, this level of service is rare among internet vendors. It's nice doing business with you.

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
