  Image Resolution

  To ensure that your decal is produced at the highest quality, we suggest that your submitted images be at least 150 dpi at full size. We are completely committed to perfection, and we’ll work with you to get your image perfect!

  Sizing and Panels

  Any decal or mural that is larger than 4 feet (48 inches) on its shortest side will arrive in multiple panels. All you have to do is overlap the panel edges when applying.

  I just wanted to send a short note of thanks for the wonderful decals.
  
  I haven't had the opportunity to put them up yet, as the store was just painted last night, but I opened the box and laid them out this evening. All I can say is "WOW!"
  Your quality and designs are really better than anything I've seen.
  
  My 8year old daughter wants to help me put up "the stickers", so I'll be sure to send along some pics of the process. Pictures of the store upon completion will follow.

You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
