What are Dali Wall Decals?
Dali Wall Decals are an inexpensive and innovative way to transform any room! Wall decals are like giant vinyl stickers that adhere to the wall and are created in the design and color of your choice! They are simple to install and take less time than painting.  They are also removable so that when you are ready to transform your room again, all you have to do is peel it off!

How easy is it to install Dali Wall Decals?
Dali Wall Decals come with installation instructions as well as a squeegee for application.  Our step-by-step instructions are easy to follow and have received rave reviews!  Note: Some of our larger decals come in sections that will seamlessly overlap during installation. I have textured walls, will Dali Wall Decals work on textured surfaces?
Dali Wall Decals will work on certain types of textured walls.  If you have knockdown or orange peel-type textures, we encourage you to order color samples first and test the area you wish to apply the decals to.  Certain types of textured paint, such as paint with a sandy or gritty component, will prevent Dali Wall Decals from sticking. If you have regular sheetrock or drywall surfaces, our decals should adhere just fine!  If you are ever unsure, we suggest that you order color samples first. Will Dali Wall Decals work on glass or on my car? How about in my bathroom?
Dali Wall Decals are actually safe for outdoor use! We use high quality outdoor-rated vinyl for our decals.  Our matte vinyl is rated for up to 3 years of outdoor use, while our semi-gloss vinyl is rated for up to 6 years!  Our decals are ideal for signs, businesses, trailers, storefronts, etc and we recommend using our semi-gloss  colors for these applications.

Dali Wall Decals are safe for bathroom use too! They can be easily applied to mirrors, tiles, or acrylic shower walls.  If you would like to apply Dali Wall Decals on a drywall surface in your bathroom, make sure the surface is completely dry before installation, or the decals will not stick.  Due to the moisture content in bathrooms, we recommend semi-gloss colors for bathroom applications.

I just painted my walls. How long should I wait before applying my new decals?
Our vinyl manufacturer recommends that freshly painted surfaces be allowed to dry for 2 weeks before applying decals. This allows ample time for the surface to completely cure, thus allowing the decals to stick better!

How easy is it to remove Dali Wall Decals?
Dali Wall Decals are easy to remove!  Simply start at one corner and gently peel off the wall.  Some touch ups may be required, depending on the age or condition of the painted surface underneath.  If your application is intended to be temporary, like in a dorm room, apartment, or at an event such as a wedding, we recommend using our matte colors, as they are more easily removed.

How are Dali Wall Decals made?
Each Dali Wall Decal is made to order and they are made from cut vinyl.  Our designs are manufactured by us from large rolls of material.  (There is no middle man!) The designs are literally cut out and the excess material is peeled away.  Once the excess material is peeled away, all that is left behind is your design!

Are Dali Wall Decals safe for apartments and dorm room walls?
Yes! We recommend our matte vinyl for apartments and dorm rooms, as our matte colors are intended for easier removal and shorter term applications.  However, regardless of the finish you select, our decals will stay in place until you decide to take them off your walls.

Can I reuse Dali Wall Decals after I take them off the wall?
Because of the high quality of the material that we use, Dali Wall Decals are not reusable.  They will still retain their 'stickyness', however, the material is so thin, and quite often so detailed that the decals do not retain their shape or design once removed from their surface.

Processing , Shipping and Delivery Times

How long does International delivery take?
We ship all of our International orders via United States Postal Service.  First Class International is the most cost-effective method, however it can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks for delivery.  Priority International is also an option, and is said to take between 6-10 business days for delivery.  Please keep in mind that both of these time frames may or may not include delays caused by your country's customs department.  If you need a faster delivery method, please contact us for private courier options.

Are there any customs fees or taxes I have to pay on my International shipment?
As each country is different in regards to imported products, there are different standards for customs fees, duties and taxes on mail.  Because of this, the buyer is solely responsible for any fees associated with their package.  This includes duties, taxes, customs fees, tariffs, etc.  For more information, contact your local Post Office for your country's specific policies.

Why does it take 3-7 business days for processing?
Dali Wall Decals are all made to order.  Because of this, we need time to process and create your decals according to your specifications. (size, color and/or directional requests).  If you need your decals processed faster than our standard processing time, we offer Rush Processing for your convenience at a nominal fee.

What is Rush Processing and why would I get it?
Rush Processing is available for an additional 15% of your subtotal and guarantees that your Dali Wall Decals are made and shipped out no later than the very next business day.  Rush Processing is optional and can be found on the checkout page.
Please note:  Rush Processing does not mean expedited delivery.  If you need expedited shipping, it is also available at checkout under the shipping methods option.

Does Dali Decals provide tracking information?
Yes!  Dali Decals ships via UPS within the Continental United States.  Once your order has been processed for shipping, you will receive a separate email from UPS with your tracking information to the email address you provide us. 
Please note:  There is NO tracking information available on International orders as USPS does NOT provide this service.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

What happens if my Dali Wall Decal is damaged in transit?
Dali Decals will replace decals that are damaged in transit. Just contact us and let us know!  Please hang on to your damaged package, as we may need you to send it back to us for insurance and claims purposes.
