  Image Resolution

  To ensure that your decal is produced at the highest quality, we suggest that your submitted images be at least 150 dpi at full size. We are completely committed to perfection, and we’ll work with you to get your image perfect!

  Sizing and Panels

  Any decal or mural that is larger than 4 feet (48 inches) on its shortest side will arrive in multiple panels. All you have to do is overlap the panel edges when applying.

  I just finished putting up my tree and bird decals from my baby's room. I
  just wanted to thank you for sending the decals promptly, and having such a wonderful, quality product. I was able to add flare to the nursery without having to paint the entire room. It was fairly easy to put up (it was the large tree and I am 9 months pregnant, so I had to get my husband to help me put it up!!). But the birds I did myself and everything was very easy and straight forward. I will gladly recommend this company to friends and family who are looking for something extra for their rooms!!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Incredible customer service! I ordered the Fairy Girl on the Moon in Soft Pink Matte. The pink was a little brighter than I had envisioned, so I contacted Dali Decal to see what my options were. They were very responsive and helpful, and I was able to exchange the decal for a different color. I just received the replacement decal in the new color (Teal Matte) and it looks amazing in my daughter's room!! It was easy to put on the wall and just looks beautiful. Highly recommend these products and Dali Decal's service is excellent!
