Processing Policy
Processing Policy:
As all of our decals are made to order, standard processing time for decals to be produced and shipped is 3-7 business days. However, rush processing is available on almost all orders for a 15% surcharge. Rush processing does not include expedited shipping, and does not affect shipping times in any way. Custom orders may take up to two weeks to produce and ship. However, we strive to process all orders as soon as possible. If decal production is delayed, you will be notified by a Dali Decals representative.
