  I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite. I'm looking forward to receiving my products, and I'll be sure to recommend your company to others. Thank you!

  I just received and put up my decal, which was a Thoreau quote, some words in cursive, some were block letters. I am so pleased with the great quality, size and color of my decal. It truly is better than I had imagined.
  My only warning is that since the words on the quotes have a thin surface, be prepared to get to work putting it up, especially if it's a long quote. I would suggest having someone help you - I did it on my own and was really nervous about ruining it. Luckily I didn't, though, and it looks absolutely amazing!!
