  I ordered the "Bubbles" decals in 3 different colors for my granddaughter's room and after I received them and saw that they were individual narrow rings, I was really nervous about putting them up. They looked like they were going to be hard to work with, but I called the company and they were very helpful about giving me some useful application tips and assured me they they were actually very easy to put up. And they were RIGHT! They went up very easily and quickly and they look fantastic. My daughter-in-law and I did them in one morning. One tip: figure out the placement first by temporarily sticking them up with masking tape before removing any of the coverings. A piece of cake!

  I just wanted to say thank you for such an amazing product. I recently ordered a decal and not only did I receive it quickly, but I was blown away by the quality and ease of placing it onto my surface.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just applied a set of fun ocean decals in the bath at our lake house. I spent a little time planning out spacing, then tested out the spacing by hanging them on the wall using blue painter's tape. Then I followed the directions and in just a couple of hours had totally changed the look of the room! Very cool, very professional looking, and unique! My husband was genuinely impressed at the final product, and it makes me smile every time I go into the room. Thanks!
