  I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   Just put my decal up over our bed today. (Two Birdies in a Tree) Love it! Can't wait to put up the ones I got for my daughter's room. Instructions were great - the pictures were absolutely fantastic to have. Came out perfectly, got the hang of it pretty quickly. I'll be doing lots of decorating with these. Thanks!
