  Thank you so much for the beauitiful wall vinyls. I got the swirling poppies for my black and white bathroom. I just put them up yesterday and already have gotten TONS of compliments on the pictures of them I took. They were super easy to put up and I just absolutely love them. Thanks again.

  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I really wanted a tree on the wall of my baby daughter's nursery. Thanks to Dali Decals, my vision became a reality with their beautiful decal. I was very impressed wih the customization options, the knowledgeable and courteous customer service reps, and the speed with which the decal arrived.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
