Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I ordered a blowing tree decal and felt a little overwhelmed at first when i received it. It was HUGE! I read the instructions (which were quite humurous) and it made me feel better about the process. It took me a while to put together, but the result is absolutely stunning. I placed the tree at the landing on my stairs and had the leaves blowing up the stairway. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful it is and a lot think I painted it! Not only did Dali Decals meet my expectations, they exceeded them. They sent me additioal decals that go along with the tree. A small gesture that went a long way.

  Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!
