  I received a beautiful branch with birds as a housewarming gift. It is extremely beautiful, tasteful, artistic and very high quality. It transformed my room immediately. I searched other websites but there is just no comparison in prices, design, customer service and quality. If they keep their good prices, I am looking forward to redecorating my whole house!!

  I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for.   I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals.   I purchased this set of decals along with another set that I have not applied yet because I am doing a memory wall and don't have all of the materials yet.
  
  I was so nervous about the application of the decals I was going crazy. Dali Decals is one of the best companys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I do a ton of online purchasing.
  
  Both of my orders, placed seperately, arrived within a week and there was always a little something extra in the package.
  
  Application of these decals was approx 10 min. from beginning to end and was such a breeze. I love it. my friends love it and my husband LOVES IT! It turned out absolutely amazing.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.
