  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I just wanted to thank you at Dali Decals for exceptional service for such a small order. My special order was really small, but your team treated me like it was huge. The workmanship was outstanding! Coordinating the final product required patience and Dali delivered. Even straightening out my bill, which was my fault, was pleasurable.   Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.
