  I ordered my daughter's name for her nursery and when it came it was too light to see on my wall and too small for my tall ceilings (which was not their fault). Dali Decals was SO helpful in sending me color samples and helping me quickly get another one ordered in a larger size. It looks SO good I could not be happier!!!   Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!
