I thought it was going to be put all together, but nevertheless, it is still worth it and makes the babies room that much more inviting! Easy to put up with wonderful clear instructions.   I ordered 10 custom decals for my company- huge colorful "Code of Conduct" decals to hang all over around the building. The customer service I received, both when I called with a question and when I was contacted because I'm bad at math and didn't use the right dimensions, was stellar.
