Great Customer Service! - I purchased 1 set of the poppies for my daughters room and realized I needed another set - I put in a request for the birds to be in mirror image and I recieved the requested birds and more! - Dalidecals went above and beyond and included more birds of various sizes at no extra cost - I am impressed with the personal service and I will be putting another order in today for some butterflies for above her crib :) Thanks DaliDecals for a job well done!

  I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali.   This is a great company to work with. I checked the no box to the question...Do you have textured walls? I didnt think my wall was textured but I guess is it very slightly. Even though I ordered the decal with the wrong adhesive they sent me a new one with the right adhesive! Most companies would just say "sorry, you made the mistake not us", and hang up. I am shocked! I will tell everyone about this company! I havnt gotten my new decal so maybe I should wait and see if it sticks before I write this. I'll let ya know:)
