  I have a small condo and didn't want to clutter up my dining room wall with a clunky, oversized piece of art. I ordered a fairly large decal and, to my surprise, it went up flawlessly within minutes! I was so nervous of bunching or peeling but it was perfect.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I order the 72 Bubble piece for my bedroom wall. The shipping was fast. I was so happy to see the UPS man at my house. I got right to work on them. The direction were simple. I had a blast taping the decals to the wall figure out where I wanted them to be placed. Once that was done I got to work. I was so happy when it was done. The colors matched me bedroom set perfect. I feel so much more comfortable and cozy in my bedroom now.
