Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

  I wanted to let you know, I have ordered numerous decals from you and was so very pleased that I have started something you should know about. I work at {Store name omitted} in the Home Decorating section and have had so many customers come back to thank me for turning them on to your site. I have received thank you cards, lunches, I even got flowers from this one really nice older lady.
  
  {Store name omitted} does not carry "wall paper" anymore (thank goodness), and so many people still want "stuff" on their walls, so i write your web address down and tell them how happy they will be. I could probably get in trouble but thats how satisfied I was with your products.
