  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and all of Dali Decals for their excellent customer service. You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors.   You guys have a very good product with excellent customer service. Instead of just painting a room to look like a nursery or hiring a professional artist, we took the time to place a large order through your web site and over a few weeks, we developed our own theme using your decals. The application of them, the quality of them, the ease of use, and the flexibility to allow us to do what we wanted to create an original nursery was absolutely perfect. There is no doubt we would come back and order more for future use.
  
  The comments from people who have seen the nursery range from "it looks like something out of a catalog" to "You had someone come in and paint all of this, it looks amazing". People are shocked when they realize 1) we used decals and 2) we did everything ourselves.

  Just put my decal up over our bed today. (Two Birdies in a Tree) Love it! Can't wait to put up the ones I got for my daughter's room. Instructions were great - the pictures were absolutely fantastic to have. Came out perfectly, got the hang of it pretty quickly. I'll be doing lots of decorating with these. Thanks!
