  Our house is full of Dali Decals - all the bedrooms, the hallway, even the laundry room. Now we are moving into a new home and I can't wait to do more Dali Decals. We get so many compliments on our existing decals, I couldn't not do it in the new house!

  Hi Marisa, the decals came in the mail yesterday and we put the branch up already. It's perfect!!! The size works great!! Thank you so much for all of the different sized birdies!! I haven't put any on yet, but have taped a few to the wall to see which size looks best. I will take pictures as promised once i get it all finished. I am so excited!! It really added a modern and natural feel to the room that will go with the rest of our home's style. I can NOT thank you enough! I have already been telling several friends about your site and how great you have been to work with. Great customer service is very hard to come by these days, and it is very much appreciated!   I wanted to write to pass along my positive experience for any future customers. Though I felt the transfer was going to be challenging, once we got started it was pretty simple and the results look truly painted on. I decorated my babies room and it gave the room a whole new dimension. I had used a different company for decals years ago and they were far lower in quality and looked more like a decal-vinyl on the wall. Dali is very thin and very crisp looking. I will buy more Dali Decals for upcoming projects.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
