His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  I'm a new happy customer. I found out about Dali Decals by reading about a local promotion. Even though I missed out on the promotional offer, I was really impressed with all the customer pics and reviews. I was at a loss on what to get my boss who is expecting her first child and when I saw the Elegant & Swirly Framed Monogram I had to get it for her. When I gave it to my boss this week she just fell in love with it. It's going to go perfect in baby Abby's room!

  The team at Dali Decals provided outstanding customer service from the very first time I called and were helpful every step of the way. We received the monogram decals for our daughter's nursery and couldn't wait to put them up. The directions were helpful and easy to follow. Moreover, the font and size is absolutely perfect and looks so elegant on the wall! It looks as though we had someone professionally hand paint our daughter's first and middle name. Classy and elegant are the two words that come to mind when describing the decals. A big thank you to Dali Decals for your professionalism and kindness each time someone from your team spoke with me.   I just wanted to thank you for a superb job you recently did for me for my nephew's birthday present. I wanted both a guitar and saxophone wall decals for his bedroom. I found your site and after talking to your design consultants, had a few designs to choose from that would work. Both decals were printed and shipped quickly and arrived on time.   Customer service at Dali is out of this world. And this is coming from a 3rd generation family business guy. They were super knowledgeable prior to placing my order and after i placed my order the graphics guy Robert had a couple questions about my sizing which he suggested a couple things that made more sense. I would suggest Dali to anyone out there!! GO DALI!!!
