  Several weeks back I had the opportunity to work with one of your employees on a custom decal. Since then I replaced the hard-drive on my computer, so I lost all of our email correspondences. This means I don't remember her name. For some reason Marisa comes to mind. Anyway, I'm just sending this much overdue email to compliment both Marisa and Dali on the decal I received.
  
  I've ordered decals previously from you and was so happy with them that I got the idea to do something custom for my master bedroom. Whenever I show it to family and friends they're highly impressed with it. The fonts that were suggested to me really gave the decal a personal touch, and Marisa was so patient with me while we were working on what the decal would say.
  
  I'm so glad I found you guys and have gladly told several of my friends where and how I got my decals.

  Wow! Everyone just loves the Tree Blowing in the Wind decal I put in our nursery. I did need help with the trunk but the leaves, owl and birds were a breeze to put up. I'm also impressed with the fact they send a picture of the image so I could map out the leaves. Now, our baby can look up and be greeted by nature every morning. It's beautiful and the "extras" Dali Decals sent exceeded my expectations. I would totally order from them again!

  Hi -- I just wanted to send a quick thanks to Robert Chadwick. I've ordered your decals for my home and love them. When the opportunity came up to redesign a wall in our nonprofit counseling/wellness center, I suggested a custom decal from you. I'm not a designer so my file wasn't quite right, but Robert was so patient and helpful and was able to get my files into shape. Thanks for such great service!   I ordered the peacock tree and asked my husband to hang it for me. When I came home, he hung the right side TOTALLY wrong. I emailed to see if I could get just the right side of the decal replaced. I received a response almost immediately. They re-sent me the right side of the tree for only a small fee. What a relief that I didn't have to buy the entire tree again. GREAT customer service. Super fast shipping. Fantastic product. I've purchased Dali decals before but based on the customer service alone, I would most definitely order again!
