Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   My husband and I took about two to three hours putting the large Dandelion Blowing in the Wind - Wall Decals up in our daughters nursery. He is some what of a perfectionist so it took us a little longer then most .
  When I had my baby shower my family and friends raved about how good it looked and could not believe it was a decal. The Transition from the decal to the wall was seamless. The final outcome was Absolutely Gorgeous !

You all responded so quickly to my inquiries in creating our decal for our son to be's nursery and were so kind and easy to work with when there was a mistake in the colors.   It's not likely that you will regret your purchase from this company. The decal added so much elegance to my room and I was going for a custom decal so I exchanged several emails with company and they was so helpful, even sending two different sizes of decal since I was not totally sure on the size. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Looking to add another decal now as well. Extremely happy.
