  Hey, just a shout out to one of your employees, David T. I inquired about Dali making some bike decals for me, and David took the reigns, made sure my document was a good size, resolution. His communication was great. By the way he treated me, you would think I was some big shot inquiring about a bulk order. I am not. I only wanted decals for my bike.

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)

  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   I love my decals. They were just as expected and were pretty easy to install. I will say the larger decals take a bit more work. I am very impress with the quality of decals and the speed of getting them to me.

  While my purchase is not recent, I have had Dali Decals on my car for over 3 years now and they look as good as the day I bought them! No fading or peeling and compliments daily from passerby. I plan on getting a new car soon and will be "enhancing" its image with Dali Decals!!
