  I just wanted to let you know that I received my order today. I had accidentally ordered two sets of color samples and a wonderful representative from your company called to let me know. I was given the choice of having the two dollars refunded, or some extra decals sent to me. I just have to say that I am overwhelmed by these extra decals. She was an angel with all of my many many questions and answered every single one of them. She also made sure the quote would be the exact length and height to accurately fill the space.   Dali Decals … I am in love with your product! After initially ordering your 6 piece turtles in pistachio matte, I installed them on my son’s nursery wall only to find they weren’t exactly the right color. I called your customer service and spoke with one of your fabulous representatives who took the time to help me pick out the right color to reorder. I was hoping to get the replacements “soon”, little did I know they’d show up THE NEXT DAY! The new “olive” turtles are up on the wall and we LOVE them. Thank you so much for going out of your way to provide exceptional customer service, you have a new customer for life! … We are already planning on our next order for our spare bathroom.

  I have yet to order decals from any company but I have looked at a TON of sites during my search for the perfect decal for our newly painted bedroom in our NEW home!!!! This is the 1st site that has allowed me to change the wall, bedding, etc colors and I have been wishing for this feature since I started my search several days ago! This feature is AWESOME!!!
