  We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   A huge "Thank you" for designing a banner that now hangs on the window of the Mayport USO. Not only were your design ideas great, your customer service was phenomenal, fast and you made the whole process EASY!
  Design application was quick and seamless...especially important since the 'banner' was applied over the door -12 feet off the ground!

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I bought the flower blossom tree and put it in my vaulted ceiling stairway. I needed something big to take up the space. I then put all my family photos in different places on the tree and made my family tree. It looks amazing. Thank you for the great products. I have had people ask if I painted it on my wall.
