  Just a quick note to let you know how wonderful the decal is that we ordered from Dali Decals! It is the perfect addition to our babies nursery and it was so easy and fun to put up! My husband was most impressed that our tree looked as good (if not better) that the picture from the internet that we used as our guide! Thank you so much for brightening up our son's room!   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem.   The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  IN LOVE!! i bought the fairy with wand on the moon in matte raspberry for my baby girls nursery. Painted the walls pink, and it turned out amazing!! it was easy to place by myself, and looks just like it was painted on the wall. I could not be happier!!
