Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I have a small condo and didn't want to clutter up my dining room wall with a clunky, oversized piece of art. I ordered a fairly large decal and, to my surprise, it went up flawlessly within minutes! I was so nervous of bunching or peeling but it was perfect.   Just have to say that I LOVE your decals! I also wanted to say "thanks", as I think I received an extra decal in an order that I placed for my mom. I ordered her the paisley flowers and swirls, and got an owl with it. Ended up being a great addition to the kitchen, as he sits above one of the door frames, peeking out from a shelving unit =)

  I was so impressed with the quality and how easy these were to put on. I got the train with 8 engines on it and was surprised at how large they were. Really put the final touch to my sons room.
