  I just finished putting up the retro spiral flowers in green and blue, and I must say, it looks excellent. I had anticipated that the decal would be far smaller than it was and boy was I surprised when it was so huge that it made the whole room! I really, really love your products. For the amount that you receive and the quality of the product, the prices are excellent! I will probably buy many more of your decals in the future and for sure will recommend your company to all my friends. I think that you should start posting your decals on Etsy, and maybe make a facebook fan group!

  I purchased my first and second wall decal from Dali. Great product, easy to install great quality. I purchased a third from another company (sorry), not so easy to use, difficult to install not as good of a product overall. I am back to create a custom quote from Dali.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
