  I so rarely write anything like this that it takes something EXCEPTIONALLY good to overcome my inherent laziness!
  
  With that said, first of all! I ordered a small $10 decal to see if Dali Decals was as good as they seemed or if it was just hype.
  
  Well, that worked out well and they have a super awesome shipping box (wait til you see it) so I decided to do a custom order.
  
  I had a couple issues with the Illustrator file and Alicia from support gave me *BY FAR* the best support I've had from any company in any industry for at least the past 3 years. It is *SOOOO RARE* these days to find a company that has a quality product with a quality website and quality ordering and quality support. I recommend Dali Decals to anyone who will listen.   Never did I imagine I could ever have found my soulmate but when I did, everything fell into place. And as fate had it the first thing we bought for our home was a picture frame with the quote "Once in a while in ordinary life, love gives you fairytale". My heart dropped when I found the exact decal with Dali. We just received it and is going on entry wall. It is absolutely perfect. Detailing is beautiful and is very user friendly.   Thanks so much for your quick reply and for answering my questions. I have just finished installing the little trees decals and it has by far exceeded my expectations. I was a little afraid that I would mess up the installation, but your instructions worked perfectly and it looks fantastic! I will be installing the dandelion tomorrow and am really excited to see how that looks above my bed. I am a little bummed that the decals won't be able to be transferred to my new location when I move in a year or two, but because I like my decals so much, I will buy them again when the time comes.

  I moved into this house almost 3 yrs ago and have a vaulted staircase. I had no idea what to do with it until I saw this Cherry Blossom Tree.. I have had this decal for about 2 yrs and still get compliments on it. The staircase is a multi level staircase and I had the flowers float up the wall like the wind was taking them away. We recently moved and the tree had to come down. Boo! I have to say though after two plus yrs. the decal came off and left no residue and took no paint off. I am trying to figure where I want my new family tree now in my new home. Thanks for making great decals.
