My husband and I rent our home and cannot paint the walls, so we decided to order a decal for our new baby's room. I could not be more thrilled. Shipping was fast and easy and the decal itself more than exceeded my expectations. It looks like it was painted on the wall! I was so impressed with the quality and how easy these were to put on. I got the train with 8 engines on it and was surprised at how large they were. Really put the final touch to my sons room.

Customer service=A+++ I love these decals. I ordered the bubbles/circles in hot pink, green, and aquarium blue to match my 10 year old daughters new bedroom. One black wall, three lime burst green walls. I put all the different color bubbles on the black wall and it has turned out GREAT! a few pink and blue scattered on the other walls. Perfect!!! Thank you Dali Decals. I will be back!!

I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
