  I just wanted to let you know that I am incredibly happy with my cherry blossom decal and the large tree with the leaves blowing off. I can't tell you how many compliments I've gotten on them and I've sent dozens of people to your site. Every single plumber, electrician, tiler, etc. who came through my door when I was getting my new condo ready saw the decals on the walls and went completely nuts over them!

  I just wanted to send a quick note to THANK YOU for my order, and for being such a wonderful company!! I’m attaching a picture of my decal (“Everything happens for a Reason”) [see www.facebook.com/DaliDecals for more customer photos!] which I put above my bed to remind me that everything I endure has a purpose. I was also THRILLED to get a bonus second set of the Cute Little Birds with my order!! My mother came down to visit me for the weekend (a 7-hour drive), to help me set up my new apartment, and I gave her the extra birds. She loves them as much as I do!

  These decals are the coolest design find that I have seen in a long time. They are totally worth their money. Actually they were less expensive than buying a wall hanging with a WAY bigger impact on the look. I bought the dandelion and the installation was easy with very little problems. The only problems we had with the install was the points on the dandelion head did not want to stick at first but we just carefully pulled the tip off of the backing and pressed it to the wall. It worked out great. It really looks as though an artist came in and painted your walls. I most certainly have DDOD (Dali Decal Obsessive Disorder.) I will definitely be back for more and all of my friends want a Dali Decals too!

As a budding web designer, I found your site to be extremely easy to navigate, full of helpful information, and most importantly, quick to load! Every click of my mouse was instantly rewarded with colorful images, easy-to-find menus, lots of great links, and did I mention FAST! I'm going to bookmark this site to revisit over and over.   I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
