  We recently received our decals (giant tree with falling leaves and set of 7 cute birds) and wanted to let you know we were more than pleased with the outcome!   My wife and I bought the "Tall Tree Waving in the Wind" and the "Swirling Poppies" decal sets for decorating our nursery, and we're very glad we did - they're so cute! We were a little intimidated by the process of putting up the tree at first, but with the help of the video tutorial on the site, we found it was actually very easy. Everyone who comes over raves about how great the decals look - we're surprised by how many people actually think the matte decals were painted on as they look so thin and smooth!   I love these! Our walls are textured & these decals still stuck great on them. The color was also very accurate & they are adoreable! Would definately recommend ordering some.

  I love my decal! I used the wild grasses decals to actually use as a headboard for two twin beds. I turned my oldest daughters room in to a guest room. These decals give the room a cute touch. It came out exactly as I pictured it! Will order another decal when I redo my power room. Thanks so much.

  I called not too long ago today regarding an order I received having been damaged in transit. I want to thank the customer service person who helped me (I believe it was Emily). She was sincere in her effort to solve the problem with me and I was impressed that as a customer I was not told I'd have to wait, I was not told to make the claim myself and I wasn't hassled at all about it, other than being very bothered by having received it in such condition. Customer service is far more important than a lot of companies pay it mind and can make or break a customer's experience, especially if there is a problem. I will definitely order from Dali Decals again and tell others how great the service is. Thank you again and if you need any further help from me please let me know.
