Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   We ordered the small cherry blossom branch in matte black and white about two weeks ago and finally had the opportunity to put up in my bedroom today. My husband and I put it up this morning and it was very easy to do! I have to say that my room looks AWESOME!!! I redecorated it to have an oriental feel - I actually got my inspiration from the cherry blossom branch! Needless to say, we are very happy with the decal!   A huge "Thank you" for designing a banner that now hangs on the window of the Mayport USO. Not only were your design ideas great, your customer service was phenomenal, fast and you made the whole process EASY!
  Design application was quick and seamless...especially important since the 'banner' was applied over the door -12 feet off the ground!

  I ordered the "Bubbles" decals in 3 different colors for my granddaughter's room and after I received them and saw that they were individual narrow rings, I was really nervous about putting them up. They looked like they were going to be hard to work with, but I called the company and they were very helpful about giving me some useful application tips and assured me they they were actually very easy to put up. And they were RIGHT! They went up very easily and quickly and they look fantastic. My daughter-in-law and I did them in one morning. One tip: figure out the placement first by temporarily sticking them up with masking tape before removing any of the coverings. A piece of cake!
