  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I just ordered a name graphic and stars for our new nursery and everyone is so impressed. The decals arrived super quickly, and they were so easy to use!   When I was pregnant with my daughter, I spent many of hours in her so to be nursery dreaming about what it would look like. I knew I wanted to work with some sort of nursery decal, but found myself overwhelmed with the number of decals out there.
  
  Then I found Dali Decals and I knew I was looking at the right site. Dali Decals has the best selection of decals, color assortments, and I was able to find the perfect tree for Ora's Nursery.
  
  I was so thrilled when the tree arrived. My husband and I had a great time putting the tree together. It was super easy and it turned out better than I could have imagined.
  
  Whenever anyone came into the nursery they always comment on how beautiful the tree was. We just moved last week and I was so sad to leave Ora's tree. I could not bring myself to take it down. I left it up for the next family to enjoy.
