  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   The Cherry Blossom Tree decal more than exceeded my expectations. I completed the install by myself, which was only slightly challenging. One suggestion I would make for other people who get this decal is that cutting the sections into smaller sections makes placement both easier and more accurate in terms of alignment. One other suggestion I would make is for people who are considering this decal to examine the layout of the wall they are considering in correlation to any light sources. I did not get the matte color option, so at times there can be a glare on the decal, as it was placed directly across from a window. All in all, my entire experience with Dali was excellent. The delivery was quick and the extra decals that were included went perfectly with the scheme I had planned. I will definitely be using this company again.

  I had a super awesome print session this weekend, thanks to the amazing creative technologies of Dali Designs.........As a digital artist I have often felt uncomfortable turning over my printing to massive print companies that focus mainly on quantity and not the details of my real print needs. Though at the same time its been hard to find smaller print companies that have the more expensive technologies needed to produce the Super High Resolution prints I want....."problem solved"....thanks to Dali Designs I now have a complete print solution that produces the quality prints I need in the flexible way I need them. I am now totally inspired to create new line digital art specifically to designed to maximize the dynamic range of materials and ideas provided to me by Dali Designs......Thank u David and Alicia for helping me take my art to the to the next level..........
