  We ordered the "Tree with Swirling and Spiraling Branches" in dark brown. BEAUTIFUL! Great customer service, they marked each piece for us so we knew which was the middle and the top. My husband says, "it looks like paint on the wall.' It took a little patience making sure each piece overlapped correctly and even though we didn't get it perfectly placed, you couldn't tell because the tree was so busy.

  Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I recently purchased 2 decals from here. One for the master bedroom and one for our baby's room. It is amazing how much a decal can transform the room. My baby's room looks ten times better with the decal in the center of his wall. I am writing this after I just purchased another decal for our bedroom.
