  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I purchased this set of decals along with another set that I have not applied yet because I am doing a memory wall and don't have all of the materials yet.
  
  I was so nervous about the application of the decals I was going crazy. Dali Decals is one of the best companys I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with and I do a ton of online purchasing.
  
  Both of my orders, placed seperately, arrived within a week and there was always a little something extra in the package.
  
  Application of these decals was approx 10 min. from beginning to end and was such a breeze. I love it. my friends love it and my husband LOVES IT! It turned out absolutely amazing.

  I bought the fairy with magical wand and stars for my daughters room. I waited to put it up when I would have plenty of time, thinking it would be difficult. 15 minutes later I was done and it was perfect. She loves it and it really adds to her room, more than just a picture or poster would. The invioce even had a handwritten note to help me with the instructions. Not many companies would take time to do that. I am trying to figure out where I need another decal now.
