  I finally got up the courage to install these decals. I have a slight orange peel texture on my wall and was worried about my new paint in my bedroom getting messed up. BUT....application was a breeze and it was easy to reposition the decals, even without using the soap and water mixture. I think the orange peel under them even enhances the look! I love them and will be recommending them to friends.

  I bought two of the Swirly Whispy tree branch stencils to put over my fireplace; which is a very long and narrow area. These were just what I was looking for. I didn't want to go with traditional stuff over my fireplace like candles or pictures or a mirror....and then I found Dali Decals. You had just what I wanted and your customer serivce was SUPERB!!!!   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I used Dali Decals to decorate my nursery. I could not have asked for a more beautiful and professional looking product. I was so pleased!! My husband and I chose to place her name on the wall and we decided to throw in the $10 Bird decals. All that I can say is that any decal you can get from Dali decals for $10 is a STEAL!! We have Gotten so many compliments about our nursery and everyone compliments us on our wall. The instructions were easy to follow and they look awesome on the wall!!!!   I love my inspirational quote decal! It\'s on the wall in my bathroom. It was pretty easy to put up. Although I admit I did try to make rocket science out of getting it perfectly straight. But I knew once it was up it was there to stay so I wanted to get it right. In hindsight I should have spaced each line a little closer. But I didn\'t realize that until I peeled the paper backing off. Not a big deal. I\'m still very happy with the end result. I chose dark grey matte to go against a pale blue wall. I\'m glad I did. It reminds me of the color of pencil lead, which looks nice in the script font. I like it.!
