  I just put up the wall decals that I received for my 3 year old daughters bedroom and I just couldn't wait to tell Dali Decals just how much I love it!   We ordered two decals (a tree and a set of owls) for our baby's nursery and we are thrilled with the results! The decals arrived extremely quickly. It took very little time to get them up and they look fantastic. People who saw the decals thought we had actually stenciled the tree and owls on the wall.   Hi - I just wanted to say what wonderful customer service you have, and what a smooth, easy process it was to place my order over the phone. I can imagine that a lot of times the "contact us" buttons on web sites are used for when people have questions, concerns, or even complaints. However, I think it's just as important to commend a positive experience.
  
  I called after hours, and in all honesty I didn't really expect anyone to answer, and they did! I spoke to a very helpful, accommodating customer service representative who also specially sized an item that I wanted. The transaction went very smooth and it was just very nice to be able to speak to someone so helpful and polite.   I ordered the cherry blossom branch for my bedroom hallway. Background was a light grey and it looked really plain so I needed something to make it look a bit more attractive. This did the trick! Absolutely beautiful! It was so easy to apply to the wall and the colors were absolutely fabulous! I ordered an extra set of blossoms to create a falling effect and it looks great! I get so many compliments about the design and people ask me were I got such a great painting from!! They're so surprised to hear that it's a decal! I am looking for more decals for my other rooms in the house!!!

  I purchased the Giant Mums wall decals for our nursery. I just hung them yesterday and they are beautiful. Easy to apply and look great! I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them.
