  I haven't received my orders yet but I have to comment on the EXCELLENT customer service that I have received thus far. Both of my orders had to be customized and my rep was very patient and responded to my questions and suggestions with professionalism, knowledge and patience.   I just absolutely LOVE Dali Decals!! I started off with just one funny one for our toilet, then ordered another one for my living room, then another one for my friend's baby room and now yet another for my spare bedroom. They always get so much attention when company comes over. Such a great idea for a wall that just needs "something" extra. And I have to say....Dali Decals customer service is THE BEST (always so nice and they have a way of making you feel as though you are their friend)!!!   I ordered the "Bubbles" decals in 3 different colors for my granddaughter's room and after I received them and saw that they were individual narrow rings, I was really nervous about putting them up. They looked like they were going to be hard to work with, but I called the company and they were very helpful about giving me some useful application tips and assured me they they were actually very easy to put up. And they were RIGHT! They went up very easily and quickly and they look fantastic. My daughter-in-law and I did them in one morning. One tip: figure out the placement first by temporarily sticking them up with masking tape before removing any of the coverings. A piece of cake!

  We have now put up the 3rd decal in our home and love love love love love them! This most recent one was the large dandelion which we put in our master bath. My husband put it up without reading the instructions the first time and it was not a pretty scene, but totally his not the product's fault. Second one bought, I emailed them for tips on top of the instructions, how impressed was I when I got a phone call from them the next day - now THAT is customer service. We have also used the family of elephants (in our little one's nursery) and the parachutes in our oldest son's bedroom...everyone who has seen them has been so impressed as are we at the ease of putting them up (when you follow instructions lol!)
  Cannot speak more highly of the products and the company, recommend them to everyone!
